STUBB'S
TROPICAL SPINACH SALAD
Ingredients:
3 ounces cleaned baby spinach leaves
1 ounce (1/4 cup) thinly sliced and halved red onion
2 ounces (1/3 cup) dried tropical fruit bits, or other dried
fruit bit mix
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons STUBB’S Honey-Dijon
Dressing or STUBB'S Spicy Orange
Dressing
Yield:
Serves 2 as a side dish, 1 as base for main course salad
(add cooked salmon, grilled chicken, etc.)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and serve.
