STUBB'S SPICY TROPICAL SPINACH SALAD

Ingredients:
3 ounces baby spinach leaves (rinsed and dried)
red onion
1 ounce (1/4 cup) dried tropical fruit bits, or dried cranberries
salt
optional - toasted nuts

Yield: Serves 2

Directions: Combine all ingredients and serve.
