STUBB’S
LEMON SALMON SANDWICH
Ingredients:
Salmon as prepared from STUBB'S Honey-
Brined Salmon and Poached Brined
Salmon
Mayonnaise, ample amount
Lemon juice, strong dose
2 Whole wheat bread slices
STUBB'S Compound Butter
Cucumber, thickly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
dash of STUBB'S Rub (any flavor)
Yield:
12 ounces
Directions:
Combine Poached Brined Salmon with mayonnaise and lemon
juice until flaked and mixed, but still with texture. Toast
whole wheat bread slices with butter. To assemble, spread
toast with salmon spread, top with cucumber, red onion,
and STUBB’S Rub and serve.
