STUBB’S HONEY-BRINED SALMON

Ingredients:
3/4 cup STUBB’S Chicken Marinade
1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
12 ounces boneless salmon fillet(with or without skin)

Brine:

/4 cup STUBB’S Chicken Marinade
1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
12 ounces boneless salmon fillet

Yield: 12 ounces

Directions: Combine STUBB’S Chicken Marinade, soy sauce and honey; stir until honey dissolves. Submerge salmon in brine. Allow 30 minutes for 3/4-inch thickness, 45 minutes for 1-1/4 inch thickness. Drain salmon, then cook as desired. If poaching salmon, retain brining liquid and follow directions for STUBB'S Poached Brined Salmon.
