STUBB’S SWEET 'N SPICY COUSCOUS

Ingredients:
Yield: 8 servings
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup STUBB’S Chicken Marinade
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups couscous

Yield: 8 servings

Directions: Bring chicken broth, STUBB’S Chicken Marinade, orange juice and olive oil to a boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in couscous. Cover and let steam 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, cover and let rest 5 minutes more. Fluff before serving.

Variation:
Serve warm topped with STUBB’S Roasted Vegetables Moroccan Spiced or Smoky-Tomato Spiced, or substitute for bulgur wheat in a Tabbouli Salad.
